Deleting messages

To delete a conversation, follow the steps below:

For desktop:

1. Log in to your Polywork profile
2. Click on the messages icon in the upper right portion of the screen

3. Click on the thread you wish to delete
4. Click on the three-dotted menu in the upper portion of the message window

5. Select “Delete Conversation”

For Polywork App:

1. Log into your Polywork App
2. Tap on the Messages icon in the lower portion of the screen

3. Tap on the conversation you’d like to delete
4. Select the three-dotted menu in the upper right corner
5. Select Delete Conversation

Please note, that if the user messages you again, these messages will reappear in your inbox. If you wish not to receive any messages from the user, see how you can block them.
