Leaving a group will:
- Remove the group from your inbox.
- You will no longer receive messages in this group.
- Navigate to the group
- Tap on the three-dotted menu in the upper right corner of the screen
- Select Leave Group
- Another confirmation message will appear → Select Leave Group
