Certain products and services (collectively, “Services”) purchased from Polywork are eligible for a refund if canceled within the refund period for that Service. Some Services may be eligible only for a partial refund or may not be eligible for any refund. Please see below for cancellation and refund terms applicable to our Services. This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law. For cancellation and refunds of purchases via Polywork’s iOS app, please see Section Cancellation/Refund for In-App Purchase via Polywork iOS App below.
UK AND EEA CONSUMERS: NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS POLICY, YOU HAVE A STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE CONTRACT, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SUCH AS FULLY PERFORMED SERVICES. ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE ENTITLED TO CHARGE YOU OUR REASONABLE COSTS FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED TO YOU AS OF THE DATE OF CANCELLATION. CONSEQUENTLY, A FULL, OR ANY, REFUND MAY NOT BE DUE.
Cancellation:
You may cancel any of your Services at any time by using the cancellation link in your User Account or by providing us with an email notice to legal@polywork.com. If you’d prefer, you may use the cancellation form available via this link.
Refunds:
Monthly Premium Website Subscriptions:
- No refund will be issued when you cancel a monthly subscription, but you will not be charged for any additional monthly renewals after you cancel. Subject to the Terms of Service, the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the month during which you cancel, at which point premium features will be removed and you will be transitioned to the “free” version of our services.
Annual Premium Website Subscriptions:
- If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days but have used any “domain credit” we make available toward the purchase of a domain name, you will receive a refund equal to the amount of fees you paid for the annual subscription minus the domain credit.
- If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days and have not used any domain credit we make available, a full refund will be issued for the annual subscription fee paid by you.
- In either case, upon cancellation of your annual subscription during the first 14 days, premium features will be removed and you will be transitioned to the “free” version of our services.
- If you cancel an annual subscription after 14 days after the initial purchase was made, no refund will be issued, but you will not be charged for any renewal periods after you cancel. Subject to the Terms of Service, the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current annual billing period, at which point premium features will be removed and you will be transitioned to the “free” version of our services.
Domain Name Registrations:
- No refunds will be issued for domain name purchases. Subject to the Terms of Service, a domain name cancellation becomes effective at the end of the registration term during which you cancel by turning off your autorenewal.
SSL Certificates:
- We do not currently charge to provision a free SSL Certificate for your Website through our Services.
Cancellation/Refund for In-App Purchase via Polywork iOS App: If your Services were purchased via the Polywork iOS app, please Contact Apple to inquire about cancellations and refunds. All iOS refunds must be issued by Apple. You’ll need to connect with an Apple support rep via email or chat.
