If you’ve purchased a domain through Polywork, it will be set to automatically renew 12 months from purchase.
If you wish to disable the automatic renewal, follow the steps below:
- Click on your profile image in the upper right corner
- Select Settings> Domain
- Click on the settings icon next to your domain name
- Move the slider to the “off” position
- Confirm your selection on the next screen by clicking Yes
